Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida provides clinics for the treatment of childhood language disorders
The Harvest Days Horse Show has been held each fall since 1967. This show has become Florida's most popular state competition. The Harvest Days Horse show features Saddlebreds, Morgans, Roadsters, and Ponies.

The Bob Thomas Equestrian Center is a modern and functional facility that has been the home of many prestigious equestrian events including the Winter Equestrian Festival and the Volvo International World Cup. The facility features the following:

  • Indoor show arena (260'x120') and attached indoor warm-up ring
  • Charlie Lykes arena seats 3000 indoors
  • Three outdoor practice/warmup rings
  • 5 permanent center-aisle barns with stabling for 471 horses
  • Each barn has conveniently located water spigots and electrical outlets
  • Each barn has full restroom and shower facilities
  • 30 partitioned wash racks
  • Onsite feedstore (for the horses!) and cafeteria (for you!)
  • Conveniently located at the intersection of I-4 and 301 near I-75
  • RV hookups
  • Friendly and experienced show committee
  • First-rate officials

The show is sponsored by the Tampa Horse Show Association, Inc., which uses show proceeds to benefit local charities. The current charity is the Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida, which helps children with language and speech disorders. Over the years, the Tampa Horse Show Association has donated over $150,000 to their charities.
